QR validation checks an event credential. Confirm the admission rules and any personal identity checks with your organiser. It is not a guarantee against forwarded credentials or a claim of automated facial recognition.

Can guests send ID copies, documents and photographs?
Yes. Guests can share the documents and photographs requested for the event, including identification copies and information needed for visa or permit arrangements. Collect only what is necessary and agree access and retention arrangements with your organiser. Collecting documents does not itself issue a visa or permit.
Do guests need a separate app or an online form?
No additional guest app is required. Guests use WhatsApp to reply and share information. Multilingual conversations and voice replies help guests participate in a way they are comfortable with; confirm the languages required for your event during setup.
How does QR code guest authentication work at the gate?

Can the organiser review and export gate scans?
Yes. The Gate Scans dashboard provides date, time and scanner filters, an XLSX download and totals for scans, scanner devices and scanners. Scan totals are scan activity, and should not automatically be treated as unique guest attendance.
